We are pleased to announce the formation of Esipova Youth Ballet Theater (“EyBT”), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, which will work in close cooperation with Inna Ballet LLC to produce high-quality Classical Ballets in the Russian Vaganova style. This year’s Nutcracker performance will be organized by EyBT, and ballet students from Rochester area are invited to attend auditions to be held on Sunday September 8th.

In addition to Summer Intensive program for children from 7 to 12 years old, we will have a week for kids 5 and 6 years old (at the level of Pre-Ballet II class):

During this week, we will work on ballet technique and learn dances from various Classical Ballets. The cost for this program is just $100.

Our Summer Ballet Intensive program this year will be given over 3 weeks in July and 2 weeks in August:

July 8-12, 11:00-5:00 pm
July 15-19, 11:00-5:00 pm
July 22-26, 11:00-5:00 pm
August 12-16, 11:00-5:00 pm
August 19-23, 11:00-5:00 pm
There will be 6 hours of activities each day (Mon-Fri), including ballet technique classes and practicing of Classical Ballet variations. The variations are chosen so as to be used later in our recitals and performances, and could also be performed at Classical Ballet competitions.

The program is for students ages 7 to 12 (although some exceptions may be allowed). The cost is $150/week per student. Students are encouraged to attend all 5 weeks of the program (as the program is not repetitive, but cumulative). This is a perfect opportunity for students to acquire much needed knowledge and experience that would otherwise require a series of private lessons.

Each week students will be learning variations from classical ballets such as Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, Giselle, La Bayadere, Le Corsair, Don Quixote, Nutcracker, Coppelia, Paquita. There will be a showcase of the students’ work on Friday July 26th and Friday August 23rd.

This year Inna Ballet school holds open auditions to select dancers for its annual Nutcracker performance. The auditions will be on Saturday September 16th and Saturday September 23rd, from 6:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Children ages 7 through 14 are invited to attend. The fee to participate in the auditions is set at $10 which will be counted towards registration fee if the child is selected.
