This is a preliminary announcement that we will be organizing Summer Intensive Ballet Program during July and August of this year. The program will be spread over 6 weeks:
July 7-11, 14-19, 21-25
August 4-8, 11-15, 18-22

Each week students will be learning a new set of variations from classical ballets such as Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, Giselle, La Bayadere, Le Corsair, Don Quixote, Cipollino, Nutcracker, Coppelia, Paquita, Carmen, Firebird, Scheherazade. Students will also learn character/folk dances that are an important part of the classical ballets. Some contemporary dances can also be included. There will be a showcase of the students’ work at the end of each week (on Fridays).

Students from 5 to 25 years old are welcome to participate. For 9-25 year old, the program will be from 12:00 till 5:00 pm, Mon-Fri, with a 30-minute break for lunch. For 5-8 year old, the program will be from 2:00 till 3:00 pm.

Students can choose which weeks they would like to attend. They are welcome to attend all 6 weeks. For 9-25 year-old, the cost will depend on how many weeks they attend: $150 for 1 week; $140/week for 2 weeks; $130/week for 3 weeks; $120/week for 4 weeks; $110/week for 5 weeks; $100/week if attending all 6 weeks. For 5-8 year old, the cost will be $70/week.
